Gerardo took 5 of us to El Escorial outside of Madrid this May 2016. He was great - friendly and informative and most accommodating! Would highly recommend. Thank you, Gerardo!

We hired a guide with the express request to tour the Jewish quarter and were frustrated by his lack of knowledge of the history and tradition of the Jewish experience in Toledo and Spain in general. He had a rambling style of talking about all of the sites, which left us without a coheisve sense of the city's history. Unfortunately his very strong accent made it difficult to understand a lot of what he was saying. Much of out pleaure of visitng Toledo came after we parted ways.
