We had an amazing 2 days with Toyoko in Kyoto,Osaka and Nara.She was flexible,well informed and so organised and courteous,we could not have asked for more.

Our 2 days with Toyoko brought a special experience enjoying the history,culture and people of japan,we had considered cruise tours of the Crystal Symphony,but when comparing our experience to those of our friends on the cruise there was no comparison!

Toyoko was perfect - answering questions ahead of our arrival & thoughtful to my dietary limits. Funny, warm, gently in charge.

I loved how, when she got us ready to board a shuttle bus, she got some browbeating from an anglo man in Japanese. (Did we jump in line?) She gave back as good as she got, smiling all the time, making sure we got on; when I asked "What did that charming man say?" she laughed hard but only said "His Japanese was so excellent!" Diplomat!

I count Toyoko as a friend now

This is the second time I have had Toyoko as my guide and once again she was amazing. From organising the geisha experience to booking a traditional tea ceremony, nothing was too much trouble for Toyoko. She organised our itinerary based on what we were interested in and this meant the tour took a little longer, but Toyoko was more than happy

Toyota was just as friendly as her profile photo. She was a wonderful guide, very informative and made you feel very comfortable immediately. She went out of her way to provide extra information regarding public transport and restaurant choices. I highly recommend her and am looking forward to amother tour with her tomorrow.

Toyoko was incredibly sweet and took great care in showing us around, making sure we saw things which we were interested in and which were important, she stayed beyond the time we had agreed and made sure we were alright at all times. My wife and I took a tour of Osaka city with Toyoko-san in January 2012, and strongly recommend both the destination and the guide. Whilst there are many highlights in Osaka city, the two aspects we loved best were the colourful street markets and shops in and around the Minami area, and the abundance both in variety and pricing of Japanese cuisine all around, including many Michelin starred restaurants. And Toyoko-san made our experience richer by providing a lot of interesting local cultural insights and historical knowledge. In addition, she went out of her way to help us not only in booking train tickets, restaurant reservations, and a Bunraku performance, but also provided useful advice on these matters. We shall return to Osaka in the near future, and look forward to seeing Toyoka-san again!

Toyoko is a very reliable and efficient guide. She speaks good English and friendly. She took care of us during our tour and making sure we were comfortable throughout our trip. Also, she takes the extra mile in guiding us to other tourist spots which was not in the tour. Highly recommend Toyoko for her great service.

Toyoko was a very friendly and knowledgeable guide. We were guided around the city and had a wonderful time. She was able to expedite us through the myriad pathways of the underground and directed us to beautiful sites of Osaka. When developing our itinerary, she also determined the least expensive way to travel through the city. I would highly recommend her as a guide.
