Shane has a great depth of knowledge of the Gauteng region and tailors your tour to your individual needs. Be sure to request a tour of Thimbesa township. You will feel very secure and welcomed, but will see a true part of SA. Soweto has started to move upscale.

Excellent tour guide....great communication! Shane went out of his way to make sure our family was well taken care of. We had a short amount of time to tour while on a layover and he made the most out of it!

We were only in Johannesburg for a day and asked Shane to take us off the beaten path and show us a side of the city that tourists would not normally see. He happily obliged and we were able to experience parts of the city and townships that might normally be off limits to visitors. Shane is extremely knowledgeable and informative and an all round great bloke. He made sure we always felt safe and most importantly had fun and came away with good memories of our short stay. Highly recommended!

Shane was a terrific guide and gave us a colorful tour of Johannesburg... Soweto, Mandella's house, The Apartheid Museum, the World Cup Soccer Stadium, etc. We learned alot!
