Safiye is an exceptionally personable guide who went above and beyond to ensure that our family (2 adults/2 kids) enjoyed our short excursion in Istanbul. She met us early in the morning at the airport and got us into a cab to Sultanahmet. We toured the Hagiya Sofia, viewed the Blue Mosque, shopped at the Grand Bazaar and Spice Market, and got a copy of The Little Prince in Turkish for our collection. We would not hesitate to recommend Safiye to friends and family - you will be in good hands!

Safiye was a great tour guide, very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. We wanted to try some local food plus a few other stops in addition to the traditional sites, Safiye was very accomodating and really made our stay in Instanbul very rewarding. My daughter especially liked the tours and learning about the local culture.

We booked Safiye for a 7 hour walking tour of Istanbul. For my husband and me, it was the 2nd time in Istanbul. But for my sister and my brother-in-law, it was their 1st time. I can truely say that she is one of the best tour guides that I have encountered in my 40 years of traveling. She's very knowledgeable about the city, and you learn the usual important fact. But you learn more of the city, because she takes you to places where most tourists never go. That made the tour more enjoyable.

Safiye's enthusiasm for her country and city were contagious. She was very knowledgeable about the history of the area without being overwhelming. She took care of our group with transportation, meals, language, and currency. We very much enjoyed the time we spent with her as our guide!!

We had the best time. Safiye guided & explained the city wonderfully. She made us feel absolutely comfortable & safe in the foreign country.

Before the tour she also went thru' the itinerary with us.

Eventhough we were meeting for the first time, we felt that Safiye has a very warm personality & she gelled easily with us!!

Safiye's knowledge of Istanbul made a world of difference to our visit. As a private guide, not only did she guide us through all the iconic sites, but she shed light on the local aspects of daily life in her wonderful city and made us feel very welcomed. Safiye is very professional as a guide, and is a warm and genuine person. Our tour was well worth the fee and it was a pleasure to have met such a nice person.
