Hi my name is Richard and I am a Registered Guide. I pride myself on giving first class privately guided tours around London and the English Countryside. My motto is simple "WE MEET AS STRANGERS, BUT PART AS VERY GOOD FRIENDS"

As a guide my background is my love of history through student study,university study and history related jobs. I have been guiding families around London since 1976 (so I hope I have passed the audition stage)and have been a registered guide in London since 2002 .I am a CITY of LONDON GUIDE, CITY of WESTMINSTER GUIDE, and a TAXI TOUR GUIDE. I have completed the Blue Badge Guide training course and am awaiting to take their exams to qualify. Your tour with me is in an Iconic London TAXI. Besides being a registered guide I am a Licensed London Taxi Driver. Who better to show you and your family London then a professional tour guide and professional taxi driver all rolled into one.

My all day tours around London can be history based or contain a mixture of several tours together. Our out of town tours to places like Oxford, Stonehenge, Stratford upon Avon, Hampton Court Palace etc all make a fabulous family day out.

I also specialize in a large selection of family themed HARRY POTTER countryside tours (See below)

I can offer an excellent LAYOVER tour service, between flights take a whistle stop tour around London returning to the airport in time to catch your connection.

All tours are conducted in a Licensed Iconic London Taxi. London taxis can hold up to 5 people.

All tours are private tours not group led tours

London taxis are WHEELCHAIR friendly, I also have a loop system for people with hearing problems
