We organised a tour with Natt so we could get as much done as we could in the time we had in Bangkok. Natt was a great asset for us with neither of us having been to Bangkok before.

She met us at our hotel. We were one and a half hours late due to major flight delays and had had almost no sleep....she was the perfect guide for us to have. She was relaxed, friendly, easy going and very knowledgable.

Nothing was too much trouble. I highly recoomend Natt and will use her services again

Natt is friendly, helpful, patient & attentive! Feel so secure to have her as our guide as she made sure that we were within her sight all time & helped us before we requested. She had no complaint nor impatient face even though we kept causing her trouble! Also, A big thanks to Natt's generous info about Bangkok taxi! With her info, we managed to get rid of liar taxi drivers during our time there. Don't worry if you have broken english like me, she can understand well! Strongly recommend her!

Excellent day with Natt. She picked me up on time at my hotel and took me to some of the Bangkok sites including the Snake Farm, Marble Temple and China Town. She was very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. When there was a specific thing I wanted to do, she made it happen with her "YES" attitude. I not only strongly recommend Natt to show you the city..it should be mandatory! She is that good! I highly recommend Natt as your tour guide, she understood exactly what we wanted to do, and not only show us all the most important sightseeings in bangkok,but even show us how to get around by ourselves. 24 hours in Bangkok & boy did we fit a lot in. Floating Markets, Monkey Show, Crocodile Wrestling, Elephant Rides & Wat Arun Temple. Even a massive thunderstorm could not spoil a really great day! Thanks Natt for a fantastic day

Nat provided a custom tour for us during our port visit to Laem Chabang, Thailand. It's important to note that she had to do a lot of advanced research, since she hadn't done a tour in this area prior. We had a great day with Natt and she was an excellent guide for us. The highlights were Nong Nooch Gardens in the morning and Sanctuary of Truth in the afternoon.

Natt was everything I have heard from previous reviews. Am glad I booked my city tour with her. She kept in touch by e-mail prior to my arrival in Bangkok. Was at my hotel promptly at our arranged time. She knew the history well of all the sites we visited, and suggested several things I would not have thought of myself. A very pleasant lady who does a fine job of tours. I will definitely book her again!

Natt was waiting with a big welcoming smile as we stepped off our cruise ship. As our party of four only had one day in Bangkok, we all felt that the itinerary Natt provided gave us a really good idea of the culture, history and people. We packed a lot into the day without being exhausted. Natt incorporated our requests into into her itinerary, has excellent English and a great sense of humour. She is a very bright young knowledgeable woman. We would definitely recommend Natt as a tour guide.

I booked a full day tour of Bangkok with Natt who picked me up from my hotel at 8:00 a.m. as arranged. She then took me round many of the interesting places in Bangkok, such as the Grand Palace, Wat Poh, River Trip, Chinese Market etc. We even had time to have a Thai massage at Wat Poh and sample some Thai food for lunch. Natt is so knowledgeable about Thai history and culture and told me about different Buddha poses and nuilding structures and learned so much from her. She's a joy to be with.

If you ever need a personal guide in Bangkok I would highly recommended Natt. She has, of course, an official approved guide certificate and can show you all of the landmarks, but she will also show you ordinary life. I asked her to avoid "tourist trap" and she did. I was guided to some landmarks but also she shows me the ordinary life in Bangkok. She will look after you so don't get lost or have to pay too much for taxi or tuk-tuk. I had a nice and interesting day, thanks :-)

Natt, without a doubt, is the best tour guide. Simply because she cares about her "tourist". During the tour, I saw a group of elephants on the street. My face immediately glows up because I love elephants. Natt took a note of that and brought me to an elephant camp. Not just any touristy elephant camp. But one that elephants actually eat, play and grow old; complete with baby elephants. It was like getting the back stage pass to a concert. Thank you, Natt. For giving me the tour of a lifetime.

Hiring Natt for our trip to Bangkok was the best travel decision my wife and I have ever made. We have never been ones for overly tourist-y type activities -- and Natt took our odd requests in stride. She always had great ideas for new and fun places for us to experience. Her English is fantastic, her attitude is fun, and her knowledge of Thai culture really gave us amazing insight into the country. I would hire her again in a heartbeat.

Natt was an absolute delight. It was a God send to see her there waiting for me at the airport after the long ordeal of the flight, Her communication skills are excellent- not just for a Thai speaking english, but for a native English speaker. She makes eye contact, and obviously really cares about the wellbeing of her guests. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Our guide, Pete, was very hard to understand. His English was not very good. We paid for a full day and unfortunately due to a flight delay we only had six hours for the tour. Of those six hours, we spent four and a half in the van so we didn't see much of anything. All we did was eat lunch at the pier by the river and do a river tour on a long boat, both of which we could have done without a guide since there wasn't much added to our experience by having a guide. We were very disappointed.
