Going with Lulu was great. She gave lot of information before and during the day we meet. She adapt the day on everything we ask. We were so satisfied the first days, we ask her to come back the second and the third day. Her English is good. We request to used a mix of subway and taxi : no problems ! Really recommended.

After our two-day tour of Taiwan, I can enthusiastically recommend Lulu's services. Her information and commitment to visitor satisfaction made our visit a success. In particular, she showed excellent advance planning and follow-up when she learned we wanted to visit some atypcial sites. She also put lots of energy into making the visit a success in real time (e.g. hunting for hard-to-find addresses while we were otherwise busy to save our energy and time.)

We have just returned from our trip to Europe, we stopped in Taipei for two days on our way there. Lulu was our guide for the the stop over and she was brilliant. We cannot recommend her highly enough. I have special dietary needs and she made all of the arrangment for my diet and was very informative and extremely helpful in every way. If you are going to visit Taiwan then you should make Lulu your first choice as a guide. We will be going back and we will definately hire her again next time.

Lulu is an excellent guide - knowledgeable, well prepared, and fun. She customized the tour based on my interests and make quick adjustments when the weather impacted part of the tour. She made me want to come back and see more of Taiwan.

Lulu was great! I had only a 9 hour layover to explore the city and she somehow made it work. From the time she met me at the airport until dropping me back there she worked hard at figuring out what we had time to do.My suggestion to anyone that goes to Taipei is to do enough research on the city to be able to give your guidesomething to work with and your guide will do the rest.Thank you, Lulu. I enjoyed my time in your city.

While Lulu is a charming and a personable individual, if asked to rank the 5 guides we used for tours in Vietnam, China and Taiwan, our Taiwan experience would be at the bottom of the list. (a late arrival for the start of the tour and delayed lunch time by 1 hour due to driver issues with directions) If she wants to develop as a tour guide, she clearly needs to improve her organisational skills and adopt a more proactive, positive approach to her guiding techniques.
