Kirsti was a professional: Not only did she know her stuff but dealt in both Russian AND English and managed to be very understanding and kind with the three small children who tagged along. Small things: Like pre-purchasing our transit passes for the day and selecting those with Crown Princess Victoria and Daniel imprinted on them for souvenirs and putting up with my endless inquiries beforehand. I highly recommend Kristi and was glad to get a reminder from your site to do so. Jennifer

Kirsti was always prompt, friendly and professional in answering all my questions. Everyone in the group thought she was very friendly, and we enjoyed her company for the day. She showed us all the major highlights of Stockholm - she is oobviously extremely knowedgeable about the city and its history and was able to share that with us well. She varied the pace of the day to take into account the various abilities of the group. All in all, a great day!
