*** 5 STARS *** After reading Kelly's reviews, I knew we would be getting a knowledgeable guide of Shanghai. But I was pleasantly surprised that Kelly exceeded all of our expectations. Not only did she come up with a perfect 2 day tour of the city & outskirts, she showed us some very beautiful & less visited sites, was very informative and extremely well spoken. But most importantly, Kelly has a great energy & is very fun to be with. It was like being shown the city by a good, local friend.

For a tour guide you need not to look any further as Kelly meets and exceeds all requirements. Her command of the English language puts some of us to shame. Kelly possesses all the qualities of a sincere, caring and honest person who goes the extra mile to ensure your visit is enjoyable. To summarise, a tour without Kelly is a loss.

Kelly was the most wonderful person. She was more than I ever could have imagined for my trip. She is so informative and organized! I would recommend Kelly to anyone who visit Shanghai. You will come away from the experience with the feeling of a new found friend.

Kelly is a very well prepared guide, perfectly able to handle the organization a touristic tour. She does her best to understand your needs and to suggest very worth visiting places. I have followed her hints for which concerns food, accommodations, activities: the final result has been quite satisfactory. Finally, Kelly is a very kind person, always ready to accomplish your needs: she modified several times the original tour just to fulfill my curiosity. Thank you Kelly for the nice vacation!

Kelly was my tour specialist in Shanghai. As a regional manager for a brokerage firm, customer service is very important. Kelly most definitely wow me in that aspect. I truly appreciate her "striving for excellency" professionalism. Not only was she punctual, but Kelly also puts my interest as her highest priority.Kelly is pleasant and willing to listen to your concerns patiently. She is well prepared when she meets you. We had only one day to spend in Shanghai and we found Kelly on ourexplorer.com and she had great reviews. After contacting her via email, we explained to her what we hoped to see in 12 hours and she came up with a great plan for the day. Kelly had an answer to every question we had. Her English is excellent and more importantly, her accent was great and easily understood. She was super friendly and a great person to be around. She knows all the little secrets Shanghai has-truly magical day!

my wife and i had a full day with kelly. started in shanghai and drive to tongli and suzhou with a great driver she arrange for us. kelly is a very nice person, allways smile and want to know if evrything is o.k. with you and what you want to do next. we learned a lot about china history from her and she was all the time very funny. we enjoyed being with her and felt sorry that we didnt have much time to spend more days with her, althought she gave us all the best tip's where to shop and eat

I emailed Kelly a lot and she made great suggestions and responded right away. She started with small points of interest in the neighborhood of my hotel (French concession) I would never have found on my own. She took me to wonderful sights and neighborhoods, and we made stops along the way for delicious dumplings and a tea tasting. We ended the tour with some shopping in the French concession where we found incredible sales.The next day when I had to get to the airport she helped me find the

Kelly was a great tour guide for Shanghai. My husband and I decided last minute to visit Shanghai and she was very helpful in planning an itinerary and responded quickly to my emails. I would definitely recommend using Kelly as your tour guide for Shanghai - she arranged everything for us from the airport pick up, our full day tour and travel for business meetings the next day. She took us to spots we wouldn't have found on our own and was very flexible and knowledgeable. Kelly's English is excellent!

Kelly was a very knowledgeable and attentive guide. She designed our three days around our specific specifications and took care of all details from arranging a car and driver when required to suggesting times and places to stop to eat. I particularly noticed the deference she showed us; opening car doors, serving us at meals, etc. I am not sure if this is from her training as a guide or an example of Chinese culture; a younger person showing respect for elders, but it was a nice touch.

I "put her through her paces"...After we found a nice little place for lunch, she got me to, and into the EXPO and had gotten the tickets we needed to see many of the regional exhibits in the China Pavillion. The we went to the musical show in the evening and we went back to a Metro stop from which I had only a short taxicab ride home to my hotel. I was so glad I had thought to engage someone from Our Explorer, and it was delightful to spend the day with Kelly.

I enjoyed my visit to Shanghai very much. Kelly was my tour guide and did a great job showing me around the World Expo and the areas of Shanghai I needed to visit. She is very knowledgeable about the city and helpful in putting together an itinerary. I would highly recommend Kelly to others choosing to visit Shanghai. She is somewhat quiet and reserved which is great for those that want a low key tour guide.

We enjoyed Kelly a lot. She shared a lot about everyday life allowing us to learn about local culture as well as historical sites. She is very personably, warm and knowledgable on historical facts. Also, I believe we all had a few laughs along the way. Driver was also very polite, friendly and wanting to please. We were happy that we could all lunch together and laugh over our chopsticks ability. Kelly tried very hard to accomodate all our requests.

We were most grateful to Kelly for guiding us during the Expo day. She chose the best entrance gate for us to get into the Expo where there was an easy queue. It was raining that day, she helped us get the wheelchairs for the senior citizens, and guided us to the pavillions that we wanted to visit. Had it not been for Kelly, we would have had a very bad day in the Expo. It was because of her presence that made our Expo day all easy and enjoyable. I will surely recommend Kelly to all my friends
