Guide profile:
Hi, my tour specialization is to take you on an interactive participation tour and not just a sightseeing tour. My tour speciality will enable you to interact and participate in a live criminal trial and not just to watch it and speculate about it as a sightseer.
I love teaching and imparting more than participants expect. With nearly 20 years experience teaching in the legal field I still derive great enjoyment and satisfaction from imparting knowledge and skills that is both of interest and of practical value to the lives of those I engage with.
Indicating the quality of my teaching, in 2001, one of central London's Universities, Guildhall University, contacted me through their law department and requested that I come and present my Court Training and Legal Skills course to their 1st, 2nd and 3rd year law students for a whole academic year; civil and criminal court visits was a popular part of their training. Another 6 universities have exposed their law students to my training.
One particular London university was so impressed with my teaching style that I was asked if I could design a programme to teach my training and teaching methods to all the lecturers of that university. Unfortunately, due to my other commitments I was not able to accept that privilege.
Currently, I still provide training, as a third party training provider, mainly for the unemployed in conjunction with Jobcentreplus, which is a division of the UK department of Works & Pensions.
I look forward to meeting you, your family and friends and making this unusual tourist attraction, 'participating in a live criminal trial', one of the highlights of your visit to London, UK.
PS. When it comes to "what things to do in London" tell your family and friends that one of the "top things to do in London" is to contact me and participate not just speculate.
