Jo was great, she took the time to ask me what I wanted to get out of the tour and we went from there. There were practical things I needed to do on top of seeing some of the sights and being with Jo meant that I got things done very efficiently. Jo was great; she understood exactly what we were looking for and set up creative, informative visits for us, plus she expedited our arrangements--(she even had her in-laws haul our luggage to the airport hotel to save us time!) Jo was great amd quite helpful in showing us around Singapore. We only had one issue was that there was confusion as to where she was to pick us up. Apparently she needed to obtain a pass to get to the pier where the ship was docked. We lost several hours of touring because of this.
