Francis was an awesome guide . His knowledge of the local fauna and flora is really superb. He was always observing interesting plants, birds or insects. He was well known and liked by everyone from the national park which made me feel like I was part of a big team. His excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to the client is reassuring and allowed me to get the very best out of my 2 day visit to Iguassu Falls. Fun, observant and always professional, Francis is easy to recommend!
