Francesca Maria was a great resource for me to learn about the sites and areas we went to. She was full of good information for all the questions I had at the different sites. She wasn't detered when we were to start at the coloseum and it was closed do to a strike. She just ajusted our tour with out any hesitation. Very enjoyable tour and great learning experience for me.
