Guide profile:
Shalom!
My name is Dina Horn and I’m a licensed Israeli tour guide.
I was born in Israel and live with my family in a beautiful village
north of ancient Acre, on the Mediterranean coast.
For many years I have been dedicated to guide and assist travelers in Israel. During my time as a tour guide I have had the privilege to travel and share experiences with many wonderful people throughout this exciting country.
When people ask me about my fields of interests, I invite them to join me for a tour in this amasing country, in realizing my number one field of interest. My job in leading visitors and making them happy as they travel with me the land of Israel, makes my day!!!
Here are just two of the many reviews that were sent to OurExplorer, which express better than any explenation the experience of traveling Israel.

Dina was terrific.
She is very gregarious, knowledgeable and extremely friendly.
I would definitely give her a 5 and if anyone asks, would recommend her in a minute.
She helped, a lot, to make even a short trip really wonderful.
When we come back to Israel, we would use her in a minute.
Thank her again for us.
I try to provide not only a superior tour guidance, but also covering any special needs that you have. It will surely make this experience unique.
There is no doubt, that choosing the correct guide is crucial in every tour.
My C.V. as an adult starts with the army service as a guide in the Education Corps, which was an enriching experience; later graduated from Haifa University with a B.A. in Political Sciences and Geography, as well as a teaching certificate.
While living in the U.S.A. I attended a course in American History.
My interest in history and geography led me to a two year Tour Guide training program, run by the Israel Ministry of Tourism. I’ve studied with top professors in the fields of History, Archeology, Botany, Geology, Christianity, Islam and other relevant subjects, and specifying in most of the areas in the land of Israel.
I was certified as a tour guide in 1999.
I have a broad guiding experience which covers almost all of Israel. I’ve led special interest private tours, as well as
large cultural groups.
In my work as a tour guide, I integrate my specialty in history, with biblical contents into current Israeli events.
As you enjoy your comprehensive tour and observing the views, remember the wonder that is the State of Israel, established in 1948 has transformed in just 63 years from being an arid and neglected place to one of the most prosperities and progressive western societies in the world.
Touring Israel is different than a trip anywhere else in the world. In your journey to Israel you’ll discover the connection between seemed sites and ancient written history or biblical stories. As home to the most developed archeology branch, you will have complete access to the revival of events from the Bible at many of the active excavation sites all over the country.
Having the sun all year, you may choose to enjoy beaches in Israel in four bodies of water: Dead Sea, Mediterranean, Sea of Galilee, and the Red Sea.
Traveling with me will expose you to the friendly and fun atmosphere. Joining my tours means beside the knowledgeable dip explanations, to reveal the humanity and great hospitality of the people in Israel.
Israel is a mosaic of many cultural and ethnic groups. As a part of cultural experience we will meet with a few of those such as Kibutz members, Druze family and more.
I invite you to come and explore the Holy Land...feel its history...see its varied ethnic communities...taste their rich flavors...float on the water of the dead sea...enjoy its natural wonders and... Take part in all the attractions that Israel offers.
As taking a private tour, you get the option to choose exceptional customized experience, with your own expert tour guide.
I believe that you should have a guide who doesn’t limit to provide you with the general details of the places you visit, but that also enhances your personal experience as well as your own perspective of this land.
I promise to show you the magic of this exotic land not only fulfill your expectations as a tourist, but to link your heart, mind and soul to the land of Israel.
Best wishes
Dina Horn
