Prior to that, Dewey was a graduate of the Epicurean Cooking School in West Hollywood, California, honing restaurant and catering skills in the professional chef program which he holds a degree. Specializing in western national parks and cities, DJ guides you through the finest areas and restaurants in many western USA cities, towns and states. Extensive travel knowledge in off the beaten path and popular areas: Arizona: Scottsdale, Phoenix, Tucson, Sedona, Flagstaff, Navaho & Hopi Lands, and Grand Canyon, Colorado River and many other special Arizona locations.
