Annie was not our guide as I had been reassured she would be. Guide we had spent too much time on details. His idea of letting us shop, was to walk through the shopping area. Our entire group of 6 agreed that it was the poorest tour we had during our 11 days in europe. A lot of misleading went on in booking it and even more in taking it in that we expected Annie, not whatever his name was.

The first correspondance before the tour told you that I'm not the guide. So, you were aware.
