Wow! That is about all we can say about Francesca. She was communicative, knowledgeable and a great listener as well. We were a family of five ranging in age from 12 to 48 and we all learned something new and felt included in the planning and executing of our day. Luana made our trip around Rome extremely smooth and easy. We were travelling with a 12 and a 7 year old and she managed to keep them interested in the architecture and art we were seeing. She told us where the real good pizza at a real good price was away from the crowds. She booked all the tickets for us and we didn't need to queue for longer than 5 minutes! We did a 3 hour tour on two days and she kept talking about interesting facts all along! I would recommend her for your holiday no doubt!

I recently took the Vatican Museum tour and had a fantastic time. Fiamma was very good at bringing many of the pieces of art to life with background information which help you better understand the historical significance/impact of a piece.
