Ulana was very personable and her knowledge about her city and history was very good. We enjoyed the day with her and the places that she took us to. She would have had a 5 if she had not sprung a $100 charge at the end for using her car to transport us around at her request as she thought it was too cold to walk.

I hired Meg as an interpreter and asked her to attend a business meeting with me. Her English is very good, and she did a great job, but she couldn't start at the advertised time, and rescheduled my meeting to the afternoon (against the wishes of the people I was meeting with). She also seemed surprised about the rate she advertised on Viatour and renegotiated it on the day of the meeting.
