We had a 15-hour layover in Beijing, and Susan was so accomodating to pick us up/drop us off at the airport. The weather was freezing, but she was SUCH a good sport and a joy to be around. She made all the arrangements for a driver with a nice car, as well as a restaurant with great food. She is passionate about sharing her city and goes above and beyond the call of duty! We'll use her again if we're ever back in Beijing!

Leo turned up at my hotel reception exactly on time (even a few minutes early) and made a good impression on me right away. We sat down and agreed on a plan for the day. As I wanted a non standard day i.e the Beijinger experience rather than the usual tourist circuit, I had been concerned that an official tour guide would be unhappy with this. Not so Leo, and he assisted me with getting a transport card after which we experienced the subway, hutong district etc. Altogether a great day.Thanks

Hawk was an exceptional tour guide in every respect. I was traveling alone in Beijing for four days. He met me at the airport and took me to the hotel. During my stay he showed me the main attractions in a customized way.
