I can not speak more highly of Vivie Pan. She is such a nice, genuine and interesting person with excellent English language skills. As a curator from Sydney I needed to travel to the northern outskirts of Beijing for a studio visit with an artist friend of mine. I had 3 days in Shanghai and I wanted to make the most of my time there so I hired Miki. She is a friendly, funny and knowledgeable guide who really helped me appreciate Shanghai during my short time there. Her e-mails while setting up the itinerary were clear and helpful and she had no problem incorporating some of my requests. We ended up doing a tour of Shanghai on the first day and a water village on the second. I was really happy with the tours and would strongly recommend Miki as a guide.
